Krista Pell has over 13 years experience in the People Management and Learning and Development sector. As the head of the People function for the dms Organization conglomerate, Krista oversees all people functions including Recruitment, Retention, Learning and Development, and Performance Management.

Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2006, Krista was the District Human Resource and Training Manager for Best Buy Limited where she oversaw in excess of 1000 employees and 50 managers. As an Adult Learning Specialist Krista has taught in a varied of fields including retail, hospitality, financial services, operations and business management.

Krista possesses a Bachelors Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as her SPHR designation from the HR Certification Institute.  Additionally, she possesses certification in Adult Learning, Human Resource Management, disc Profile and Strengthfinder. She is active in the Cayman community, volunteering her time as a Drama Director, as Lead Advisor for Junior Achievement, as a Board Member for Junior Achievement and as a member of the CI National Women’s Rugby Team. She is also a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHSP).
